How does your diet compare to recommended standards? Are you getting enough vitamins and minerals? Whole Longevity now provides professional diet analysis. The process begins with you recording your intake (all food, condiments, and beverages) for a 3 day period (we recommend 2 weekdays and one weekend day). Be sure to record all portion sizes along with your food intake. For example 2 cups of rice, 1 boneless skinless chicken breast, etc. We will also need your age, gender, and activity level. With this information, a complete diet analysis will be performed and returned to you within three days. The following are some of the factors that will be included in your diet analysis. All data is presented in list form, graphs, and bar charts, the data is also compared to the RDA's to help you identify areas where you may need to increase or decrease intake of certain nutrients.
